Win a Luxury Cornish Holiday with OceanSaver

Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees, shareholders, agencies and partners associated with any company in or connected to OceanSaver, Landal Whalesborough, and UK Country Parks, their families, (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), their agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. To enter: place a non-refundable order on the OceanSaver website with a value of at least £20.00 between 23^rd June 00:00am and 7^th July 23:59pm to be automatically entered into the prize draw. Entrants making a purchase will be given a second free chance to enter the competition, and to opt-in for more information/news/offers from Landal Whalesborough.
3. The draw will be made by the 13^th July
4. The Prize: There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive 1 x seven-night stay at Landal Whalesborough Farmhouse, Landal Whalesborough in Cornwall for the winner and up to seven guests including £850 of vouchers for spa treatments at The W Club at the Resort during their stay.
5. Further Prize Details & Conditions:
   1. The seven-night stay must be booked for arrival between 20^th September 2024 and 31 May 2025 excluding: 25^th October 2024 to 1^st November 2024 inclusive; 20^th December 2024 to 03 January 2025 inclusive; 14^th to 21^st February inclusive; 11^th to 25^th April inclusive, 2^nd May to 9^th May inclusive, and 23^rd to 30^th May inclusive. All dates are subject to availability and early booking is advised to secure your preferred dates.
   2. The winner will be contacted by Landal Whalesborough and booking details will be confirmed by phone/email.
   3. If a guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their guardian’s consent.
   4. The spa treatments e-vouchers will be provided via email. The vouchers will be issued to the winner and are not transferrable.
   5. The spa e-vouchers can be redeemed against the cost of spa treatments at Landal Whalesborough Spa at the resort. If treatments exceed the value of the e-vouchers, the difference must be paid.

   8. The resort is pet-friendly, however prior notice at the booking stage must be provided and permission is subject to the Promoter’s discretion. A maximum of two dogs are permitted.
   9. The Prize is as stated, and all elements must be taken together.
   10. The Prize is not transferrable to another individual and no compensation will be provided if it cannot be taken by the winner.
   11. Other than as specified, the Promoter shall not be liable for any costs or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the Prize and does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the winner as a result of accepting this Prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
   12. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
   13. The winner and their guests must abide by the terms and conditions set by Landal Whalesborough. It is the winner and their guests’ responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the resort.
   14. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the winner and/or their guests being required to leave the resort.
   15. Once the Prize details including dates are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
   16. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
6. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize draw will be conducted within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Communication: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
8. Prize Acceptance:The winner will be notified within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, that winner will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing hello@ocean-saver.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
9. Entrants and/or winners are not entitled to bring any claims or proceedings against Landal Whalesborough in connection with this Promotion or these Terms & Conditions.
10. Provided no objection from the winner is received, a winner list will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be at www.ocean-saver.com. The winner can object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Notification process. However, without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
11. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
12. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional Winner by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
2. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. No cash alternative is available and once confirmed, the Prize is non- refundable.
3. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
4. The Promoter, associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
5. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
6. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 7. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
8. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
